A new online dispute resolution service for landlords and tenants cost the Residential Tenancies Board (RTB) more than €800,000, new figures have revealed.

Ireland’s rental watchdog has said the new platform will ensure cases are resolved faster, while both landlords and tenants will be able to upload documents and track updates on their dispute.
