A ban on sunbeds has been recommended by the Institute of Public Health to help tackle spiralling rates of skin cancer in Ireland, now among the highest in the world.
It found a high number of children and teens still using sunbeds even though under-18s are banned from sunbed outlets. The institute warned:Â
