Almost €810k spent on upgrading security at homes of 11 politicians this year

More than €1.6 million has been spent fitting or upgrading security systems at the homes of politicians and other officeholders since the start of last year.

It comes as a sixth person has been questioned in relation to the harassment of Taoiseach Simon Harris.
