Man, 20s, dies following collision between van and lorry in Co Sligo

A man, aged in his 20s, has died following a collision between a van and a lorry in Co Sligo.
The collision occurred shortly after 6am on Sunday on the N15 at Urlar, Drumcliffe.
The driver, who was the sole occupant of the van, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the lorry was taken to Sligo University Hospital for assessment but his injuries are not life-threatening.
The scene is currently preserved for examination by Garda forensic collision investigators, and traffic diversions are in place on the N15 at Urlar, between Drumcliffe and Grange.
The local coroner has been notified, and an autopsy will be arranged.
Gardaí are now appealing for witnesses to come forward, and are also seeking road users with camera footage, who were travelling between Drumcliffe and Grange at the time of the collision to make it available to them.
