Man, 40s arrested in relation to Josip Strok murder

He was the fourth male arrested in relation to the Croatian's death on April 3

A man in his 40s was arrested on Thursday in relation to the murder of Josip Strok.

Josip Strok, 31, and David Druzinec, 28, were seriously assaulted in Clondalkin on March 30.

Mr Strok died on April 3.

He is the fourth man arrested in relation to the Croatian's murder.

The man is currently detained under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984 at a Garda Station in West Dublin.

The other three men were arrested on Thursday, April 25 by gardaí attached to the Clondalkin District and the Garda National Bureau of Criminal Investigation (GNBCI).

"The investigation is ongoing," a spokesperson for An Garda Síochána said.
