Five dead mice 'noted' in Cork bakery served with enforcement order

The FSAI gave 10 enforcement orders to food businesses in November.

The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) issued ten enforcement orders last month for breaches of food legislation.

A closing order was served on Harrington’s Bakery, on Tallow St in Youghal Co Cork after five dead mice were “noted” in the ingredient storage area, which is part of the production area. Numerous mice droppings were also noted.
