Wind and rain due as four weather warnings to come into effect

Four weather warnings are due to come into effect in the next 24 hours with Met Éireann predicting heavy rain and strong winds. 

The first, a Status Yellow wind warning for Kerry and West Galway, comes into effect on Tuesday at 5pm and will remain in place until 5am on Wednesday.
