Woman who died in Tallaght hit-and-run crash named

The woman who died in a hit-and-run in Dublin on Friday has been named locally as 84-year-old Kathleen Furlong.

Gardaí attended the scene of the incident involving a car and a pedestrian at the junction of Fortunestown Way and Cheeverstown Road in Tallaght at 11am.
