Thousands attend funeral of 'beautiful, smiling lady' murdered in Killarney

Thousands of mourners queued in warm sunshine in Killarney to pay their last respects to mother-of-four Miriam Burns who was found dead at her home last Monday with injuries to her body.

A murder investigation was launched upon the completion of a postmortem on the 75-year-old.
