448 new cases confirmed as almost half of Irish adults fully vaccinated against Covid-19

Officials in the Department of Health have confirmed 448 new cases of the coronavirus. 

In total there are 42 patients in hospital receiving treatment for the virus, a decline of four people compared to yesterday.
