A man has lost his Supreme Court appeal over his conviction for the murder of another man who was shot outside a house in Co. Tipperary.

The five-judge court, in a judgment delivered electronically today, dismissed Maurice Power's appeal aimed at overturning his conviction for the murder of Shane Rossiter on October 17, 2012.
