Irish Hotels Association: Chinese tourism influx falters

Irish hotels are bracing for loss of over 100,000 bookings from China in coming months due to the coronavirus, according to the Irish Hotels Federation.

The Chinese tourist market has been the fastest growth area for Irish tourism over the past five years.

IHF president Elaina Fitzgerald Kane said the Chinese market might take a short term hit this year.
