Hospital apologises as woman who has terminal cancer after alleged care failings settles case

Tallaght University Hospital has apologised in the High Court to a 63-year-old woman who is seriously ill with cancer for failings in her care in the past.

The apology to Margaret Foley from Tallaght, Co. Dublin, came as she settled her High Court action.
