National Lottery apologises for scratchcard error

The Lotto watchdog has refused to say what oversight, if any, it has over National Lottery prizes after the operator admitted a number of jackpots were left off its scratch cards.

Premier Lotteries Ireland has apologised after the exclusion of four top prizes totalling €180,000 from three scratch card games since 2014.
