Woman entitled to €440,000 compensation from Hep C tribunal over father's death, judge rules

A woman whose "adored" father contracted Hepatitis C from infected blood products is entitled to total compensation of €440,000 the High Court has ruled.

This represents an increase of €110,000 on the sum awarded by the Hepatitis C and HIV Compensation Tribunal to the woman.
