Lawyers for those intending to sue Hyde and Seek creches want to ensure assets preserved

Lawyers representing 58 children intending to sue Hyde and Seek creches which featured in an RTÉ Investigates programme have told the High Court they want to ensure the creche companies’ assets are preserved.

Mr Justice David Barniville had earlier this month granted injunctions, pending an arbitration, restraining the insurer of Hyde And Seek Childcare Ltd and Hyde and Seek Glasnevin Ltd cancelling their insurance policies.
