Dublin house-buyers paying 10% premium for transport links

House-buyers in Dublin are paying up to 10% more for properties located near railway stations or Luas lines.

A new study by property website, Daft.ie, has illustrated the extent of the transport premium when it comes to buying property in the capital, with houses on the DART and the Luas green line considerably more expensive than those without access to transport links.
