Charity facing 'epidemic' of dumped kittens, including two found sealed inside water-filled bag

An animal charity says it is facing an “epidemic” of people dumping unwanted kittens in plastic bags and boxes.

Donegal-based charity Animals In Need currently has more than 100 kittens which have been either disposed of or handed into them at their centre.
