Judge to rule on controversial Roscommon eviction case tomorrow

The High Court will rule tomorrow on KBC bank's application for an injunction requiring the family at the centre of a controversial eviction in Co Roscommon to leave their home.

KBC seeks an injunction requiring siblings Michael Anthony, David and Geraldine McGann to vacate their family home at Falsk, near Strokestown in Co Roscommon, pending the final outcome of the dispute.
