More than 550 patients awaiting beds in country's hospitals

The INMO Trolley Watch reports that 552 admitted patients are waiting for beds this morning.

They said 388 are waiting in emergency departments, while 164 are in wards elsewhere in the hospital.

University Hospital Limerick is the worst-hit hospital today with 66 people awaiting treatment.

Cork University Hospital has 48 patients waiting for beds while there are 47 awaiting beds in University Hospital Galway.
