Man sues over alleged sexual assaults by Christian Brother teachers and scout leader

A 56-year-old man who claims he was sexually assaulted by two Christian Brothers teachers and a Scouting Ireland scout leader when he was a schoolboy has brought a High Court action for damages.

The man who is from the south of the country cannot be identified by order of the court.
