Man gets suspended sentence for possessing images of child sexual abuse

An IT worker who was caught with child pornography at his home after being spotted acting suspiciously while filming people at a “family fun day” has been given a suspended sentence.

Declan Costello (aged 40) was reported by organisers of the event and gardaí found non-pornographic images of young people on his phone.
