Court says students who filmed classmate snorting white powder must be allowed back to school
Two Leaving Cert students who went to court after they were suspended and facing expulsion for videoing and posting on social media a classmate snorting some white powder during class must be allowed back to school, a judge has ordered.
Mr Justice Max Barrett today ruled both students were entitled to injunctions compelling the school to permit them to attend the school and continue their education for the present academic year pending the full and final determination of their proceedings against the school board of management.
