High Court judge says tenancy disputes appeals system 'defies all logic'

A system involving thousands of euro in legal costs for a short court hearing of a landlord’s appeal over a €910 award by the Residential Tenancies Board to a tenant "defies all logic" and is not a proper use of public funds, a High Court judge has said.
