Supreme Court rules law firm liable for €5.2m, not €11m, in property case

The Supreme Court has more than halved an €11m sum a law firm was ordered to pay to a company over negligent failure to properly register a property for which the company had in 2007 received a €10m purchase offer, which did not go ahead.
