Taoiseach leads tributes to the late former Ceann Comhairle Seán Treacy

An Taoiseach, Leo Varadkar, has paid tribute to former Ceann Comhairle Seán Treacy on his death at the age of 94.

“Seán was a giant of politics from the 1960s to the 1990s. He gave proud service to the people of Tipperary, and particularly Clonmel.
