Counsel claims Minister's 'intransigence' delaying case where woman claims she got sleep disorder from swine flu vaccine

The Minister for Health and Children's "intransigence" over document disclosure is delaying efforts to get on with the first of a number of cases in which a woman claims she developed a sleep disorder as a result of getting the swine flu vaccine, the High Court heard.
