Latest: Central Bank open dialogue with gardaí in relation to tracker mortgage scandal

Update 2.25pm: The Central Bank has told an Oireachtas committee its officials have had discussions "in general terms" with the gardaí over the tracker mortgage affair.

No criminal complaints have been made, the watchdog's head of enforcement Derville Rowland said.
