600 people are on hospital trolleys in Ireland today

The number of patients on hospital trolleys has exceeded 600.

According to the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation - University Hospital Limerick is the most overcrowded with 48 people waiting on a bed.

Cork University Hospital is next where there are 43 people on trolleys.
