Pope Francis includes Dublin-born Bishop among 17 new cardinals

Pope Francis has named 17 new cardinals from around the world, including one with close links to Ireland.

Kevin Joseph Farrell is among those chosen from across five continents, and include the Vatican's envoy to Syria.
