An independent TD has raised how a review of Garda whistleblowing allegations can conclude without any contact with the whistleblowers.

Former High Court Judge Iarfhlaith O'Neill was apointed to review allegations from two senior officers that some Gardai orchestrated a smear campaign against another whistleblower.
