Fast track delivery of 30,000 homes to be announced this morning

The Housing Minister will announce details of the fast track delivery of 30,000 homes this morning.

Minister Simon Coveney will announce the sites for new major urban developments as part of the Action Plan for Housing.

The Minister says changes to the planning system will hopefully allow at least 25,000 homes to be built a year.
