Facebook slagging led to stabbing, court told

A teenage boy is facing trial accused of stabbing another youth over comments made on Facebook about his girlfriend.

The 16-year-old boy appeared at the Dublin Children's Court charged with assault causing harm to the youth, producing a blade during the incident and theft of the alleged victim's bicycle all of which is alleged to have occurred on on a date last year.
