Irish hospitals have more than 450 patients waiting for beds today

More than 450 people are waiting on a bed at hospitals across the country this lunchtime.

Figures from the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation show 371 people are on trolleys while a further 82 are in overflow areas of wards.
