Govt preparing contingency plans in event of no resolution in 11th-hour Garda talks

Contingency plans are being prepared in case ongoing talks fail to prevent next week's unprecedented Garda strikes.

The AGSI have been in contact with Department of Justice officials through the WRC on an 'ad-hoc' basis across the weekend and the GRA say they remain available for talks in a bid to find agreement.
