Kenny suggests he plans to oversee at least another budget

Taoiseach Enda Kenny suggested he plans to stay in place as leader until at least October 2018 to oversee at least another budget, writes Elaine Loughlin.

Mr Kenny said Budget 2017 was based on a "continued prudent management of the economy" and said the government had used the resources available to "improve people's lives".
