Shane Ross admits subsidy for public transport not high enough

The transport minister has admitted the state's subsidy for public transport services isn't high enough.

But Shane Ross says he simply doesn't have the money to increase the subventions to services like Dublin Bus, Bus Eireann and Irish Rail.
