Pair arrested after gardaí searching car seize handgun

Gardaí have arrested two people and seized a firearm following the search of a vehicle on the M1 at Lusk, Co Dublin.

During the search of the car yesterday evening at 8.30pm, gardaí recovered a 3.65 calibre handgun.
