eBay has blamed its former sister company PayPal for forcing it to shut down its European headquarters in Ireland.

eBay has blamed its former sister company PayPal for forcing it to shut down its European headquarters in Ireland.

The online auction house is expected to close its International Operations Centre in Dundalk, Co Louth, in spring next year.
