Man due in court in connection with fatal stabbing in Dublin

An 18-year-old man will appear in court today in connection with a fatal stabbing in Dublin on Saturday.

A man in his 20s was stabbed to death in Seagull House, Ruthland Avenue at around 4pm on Saturday afternoon.

A man is due in court in Dublin this morning charged in connection with the stabbing, while an 18-year-old woman, who had also been detained in relation to the investigation, was released without charge in the early hours of this morning.

A file will be prepared for The Director of Public Prosecutions.
