Angela Kerins High Court action against PAC to get underway

A High Court action brought by the former CEO of the Rehab Group against the Dáil’s Public Accounts Committee is due to get underway today.

Angela Kerins claims the spending watchdog had no power to call her before a hearing to explain her management of the charity’s finances.
