Court of Appeal reserves judgement on Shatter objection to High Court Guerin report ruling

The Court of Appeal has reserved judgement in Alan Shatter’s attempt to overturn a decision not to quash certain parts of the Guerin report.

The former Minister for Justice was heavily criticised for his handling of allegations of Garda misconduct, but claims he was denied fair procedures.
