Domestic abusers 'bring shame on our country', says Taoiseach

Women's Aid has said it received 22,341 reports of domestic abuse against women and children in 2015.

Enda Kenny was responding to a Women's Aid report shows that more than 22,000 women and children reported abuse last year.
