Solicitor ‘not satisfied’ with inquiry team into death of pregnant woman at National Maternity Hospital

There are calls for more external experts to take part in an investigation into the death of a young mother at the National Maternity Hospital.

Doctors from the hospital on Dublin's Holles Street will try to work out what led to the death of Malak Thawley last month.
