UCC lecturer takes UCC to High Court after failing to secure interview for position as professor

A senior UCC lecturer is trying to stop the university’s business school from conducting interviews to hire ten professors.

Dr. Joan Buckley, who is head of its Management and Marketing department, took legal action after she failed to make the shortlist.
