Joe O'Reilly to appeal to Supreme Court against his conviction for murder of his wife

Joe O'Reilly is going to apply to the Supreme Court to hear an appeal against his conviction for murdering his wife Rachel at their Dublin home in 2004.

Last year, the Court of Appeal dismissed his attempt to have it declared a miscarriage of justice.
