Storm Imogen leaves 5,000 without power and blows trees onto roads

Motorists are being urged to watch out for fallen trees and debris on the roads this morning as a result of Storm Imogen.

A number of weather warnings are in place due to high winds, with the south-west expected to be worst affected.
