A teenager knocked a Luas customer onto the tracks while his friend kicked him in the head during a violent robbery, a court has heard.

Lewis Smith (aged 19) of Glenshane Grove, Tallaght, Dublin pleaded guilty at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court to robbery of Joseph Benson at City West Luas, also in Tallaght, on April 17, 2015.
