North’s First Minister Arlene Foster to reveal 'ministerial change'

Ministerial change will be announced later today, the new North’s First Minister has said.

A new finance and personnel minister is expected to be named within hours.

Arlene Foster vacates the role to lead the Executive.

Mrs Foster said: “I hope to be able to make an announcement in relation to ministerial change later on.”

The North’s Assembly will break up in March to allow an election campaign to begin.
