Residents at unofficial halting site appeal for running water to alleviate 'inhumane' conditions

Residents of an unofficial halting site in County Wicklow are appealing to the local council to supply them with running water.

The site on the Bray to Greystones Road has been badly affected by the recent storms and is now relying on a sole generator for heat.
